Custom Orders
How do I place a custom order?
Head to our Custom Stickers page, upload your design, pick your shape, size, and quantity, and you'll get a real-time price. Once you place the order, we'll send a free digital proof before anything prints.
What file types do you accept?
We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF) for the cleanest results. We'll also take high-res PNGs and JPEGs at 300 DPI minimum at the size you want printed.
Got a sketch on a napkin? Send it anyway — we'll let you know if we can work with it.
Do you offer design help?
Yep. If your file needs cleanup or you don't have one yet, our team can help. Light tweaks (background removal, simple cut lines) are free. Full custom design starts at $35 — message us for a quote.
What's your minimum order?
No minimums. Order one sticker or order ten thousand — we treat both the same.
Shipping & Turnaround
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours of proof approval. US delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after that.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary (usually 7-14 business days). Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Tracking goes out automatically the moment your package leaves our hands. Check the email you used at checkout (and your spam folder, just in case).
Sticker Care
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Every sticker is printed on premium vinyl and laminated. They survive water bottles, dishwashers, rain, snow, and that one time someone's kayak flipped.
Will they fade in the sun?
Our laminate is rated for 3-5 years outdoors before any visible fading. Indoor stickers will basically last forever.
How do I apply them for the cleanest look?
Clean the surface (rubbing alcohol works great), peel slowly, place from one edge first, and press from center outward to push out any air bubbles. Avoid applying in direct sunlight or below 50°F.
Returns & Issues
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
That's on us — email graphicswrldfactory@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 14 days, and we'll reprint or refund. No questions, no runaround.
Can I return custom stickers if I just changed my mind?
Custom orders aren't returnable since we make them just for you — that's why we send a digital proof first. Take your time at the proof stage and make sure it's exactly what you want.
What if I made a mistake on my file?
If we haven't printed yet, we can swap files no problem. Once printing starts, we can't pause it — but reach out fast and we'll do what we can.
